Warehouse and Logistics Manager (Qpay)
Job Description:
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is 100% on-site, Monday-Friday, and will oversee the entire day-to-day operations of the Qpay Warehouse with a key focus on the shipping and receiving of Phones, SIM cards, Laptops, and SSM parts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in logistics within a technology-focused environment.

Job Description:
The Warehouse and Logistics Manager is 100% on-site, Monday-Friday, and will oversee the entire day-to-day operations of the Qpay Warehouse with a key focus on the shipping and receiving of Phones, SIM cards, Laptops, and SSM parts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in logistics within a technology-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Management of monthly inventory counts, both inbound and outbound
- Cell Phones
- SIM Cards
- Company Laptops
- SSM Parts
- Development and management of the Marketplace RMA process
- Processing of vendor invoices and working efficiently with other internal teams to make sure vendor terms are met
- Ensure all inbound cellphone shipments and returns are efficiently processed, including thorough testing of new stock and RMA returns according to company protocols.
- Ensure all company laptop shipments and returns are efficiently processed, including conducting laptop wipes according to company protocols.
- Plan, organize, and optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to maximize efficiency.

- Coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Tracking of all shipped items, including but not limited to Cell Phones, SIM Cards, Laptops, SSM Parts and RMA’s across various worksheets for company accuracy and compliance
- Conduct monthly audits that will help in identifying and addressing any stock discrepancies.
- Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and compliance standards in accordance with warehouse regulations
- Regularly audit safety practices to maintain a safe working environment, documenting safety protocols.
- Maintain proper equipment certifications, including forklift operation, and ensure safe handling practices.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports on inventory accuracy and operational metrics to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations, resolve issues, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management, with experience managing shipments, RMAs, and inventory.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility as needed.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, OSHA standards, and safe handling procedures.
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse equipment preferred
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that involves the capacity to multi-task
- Bilingual (Fluent in both English and Spanish)
Salary: $60,000
