This field-based, quota-carrying role is responsible for new customer acquisition and growth of existing accounts through face-to-face selling and strategic prospecting. You'll own your territory end-to-end, build long-term relationships, identify new business opportunities, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow active participation by increasing product adoption and usage at existing Authorized Agent locations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with Authorized Agents, store owners, managers, and staff to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Regularly visit client locations to introduce new products, train staff, and promote sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a “hunter” mentality—close deals while providing high customer service and support levels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align field efforts with internal goals and deliver value to clients.
  • Conduct monthly business reviews with agents, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to increase participation and revenue.
  • Ensure all activity is accurately documented in the CRM system, including visit notes, performance metrics, and opportunities.
  • Assist Finance with collections and support back-office processes as required.
  • Provide timely and accurate weekly/monthly reporting on agent status, visit activities, sales performance, and participation trends.
  • Adapt quickly to changes in market conditions, product updates, and scheduling needs.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside or territory sales with a strong record of growing participation and driving results.
  • Background in wireless, payment processing, retail distribution, or subscription-based services preferred.
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate effectively while maintaining professionalism.
  • Self-starter who excels in high-pressure environments and can manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Technically competent with PCs, hardware, and peripherals—capable of basic troubleshooting in retail environments.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Experience in merchants’ services or financial services is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Willing to travel quarterly by car or plane to remote territory locations.
  • Consistent and dependable attendance is essential.
